So 2011 looks set to be a big year for British Urban music, with names like Devlin, Wretch 32, Scorcher, Ed Sheeran and a host of others set to blow. We’ll also see Tinie, Labrinth, Dizzee, Giggs and many more cement their place at the top of the game. My album is gonna drop this year too and promises to be BIG, stay tuned for free downloads, singles, videos and all other news related to my debut.
So to kick off the new year here’s a track by Giggs featuring Wacka Flocka Flame called Gangsta Hop
Tinie is back with a new track and video ‘Invincible’ featuring the vocal talents of Kelly Rowland.
With the way Tinie’s year has gone, there’s no doubt that this track will go big and will see him continue his incredible rise into and throughout 2011.
Check it out
Massive congratulations to my good friend Wretch 32 on being shortlisted for the BBC’s sound of 2011 poll. Have been working with him a lot this year and he really deserves it, such a huge talent and some of the best lyrics on the scene today.
‘Traktor’ is going to be huge when it drops on the 16th and you can definitely expect big things of him next year, not least a few tracks on my own album.
Here’s a little interview with him
Check out Devlins new video featuring Labrinth on the track Let It Go. Great track and video. These two have had a massive year and are set for even bigger things in 2011 I’m sure.
Tinchy performed his single ‘Game Over’ at the T4 stars of 2010 yesterday in Earls Court.
Helping him out were Tinie Tempah, Example, Pro Green, Giggs and Skepta.
Lethal Bizzle’s new track POW2011 aired for the first time last night on Westwood’s show. It features Wiley, Ghetts, Kano, JME, 2Face, Maxsta, P Money and Chipmunk.
Check out this video for Little Dee’s new track, 21st Century.
Here’s a track by G Frsh that features someone else I’ve worked with recentley, Bluey Robinson as well as additional vocals from Tania Foster.
What do you guys think?
Check out this video for my man Wretch 32’s new track Traktor, out on 16th January.
I’ve worked with Wretch a lot over the years, most recently in the ‘Give a little Love’ orange rockcorps project
and you can expect to hear him featured on my own album dropping early in 2011 so stay tuned for that.
